Cartoon College at OCMA

Mark your calendars for a screening of the documentary film Cartoon College on August 30 at The Orange County Museum of Art. Directed by Josh Melrod and Tara Wray, this film follows a group of students at one of the most selective and grueling art schools in America: The Center for Cartoon Studies in White River Junction, Vermont. A thoughtful and funny look into the world of aspiring cartoonists and graphic novelists, CARTOON COLLEGE is an examination of the creative process in action, demonstrating the passion and fortitude required when a person chooses their art over all else.

This free screening will be on the patio (as weather permit) and guests are welcome to bring blankets, etc. Don’t forget to bring some cash because The Flip Truck will be there serving up food from 7:30-9pm!
